It is said that women are the source of life, but it is important to understand that it is only possible to offer love and care to others if your own needs are met.
In indigenous traditions, the postpartum period has always been a very important and sacred time when a woman was cared for in the same way as a newborn baby. The new mother was given healing foods, warming teas, massage and bindings - she was cared for to support the woman's full recovery, so that the mother would have the strength to take care of her children.​
POSTPARTUM CARE CONSISTS OF THREE PARTS:

* Postpartum care lasts about 2 hours and takes place in your home so that you can relax as much as possible.
** In the case of vaginal delivery, it can be done about a week after delivery, in the case of abdominal delivery, after the caesarean section is no longer tender.
*** If you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours before, you still have to pay in full for the session.
