Big Package
The large package is great for first-time moms or families who want more versatile and in-depth doula support.
The big package with 10 sessions is a thorough preparation for childbirth and becoming a mother.
During pregnancy sessions, we go through several topics in depth such as what affects childbirth, natural relief, postpartum time for mother and baby and relationship after birth.
After the birth, we'll meet to help the whole family settle into a new role and support not only the emotional side but also the physical side - by doing massage, bio energetics, breastfeeding and baby wearing counseling and helping with household tasks.

9+3 months I am there for your family, offering emotional and informative support in case of questions or concerns

24/7 availability for birth support. When the birth process starts, I will come to a location that suits you (home or hospital all over Estonia).

2 hours after giving birth, I will be with you to ensure a successful start of breastfeeding and to support everyone's adaptation

The cost of the package is 1450€
(Possible to pay in installments)
* Appointments can always be added if desired.
** If you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours before, you still have to pay in full
